भक्तांचीया काजा पावतसे ॥१॥
पावतसे महासंकटीं निर्वाणीं ।
रामनाम वाणी उच्चारितां ॥२॥
उच्चारितां राम होय पापक्षय ।
पुण्याचा निश्चय पुण्यभूमी ॥३॥
पुण्यभूमी पुण्यवंतांसीं आठवे ।
पापीया नाठवे कांहिं केल्यां ॥४॥
कांहिं केल्यां तुझें मन पालटेना ।
दास ह्मणे जन सावधान ॥५॥

I begin by offering my salutations to the King of Ayodhya,
Who grants the wishes of His devotees.
Pavatshe mahaasankati nirvaanee,
Ramnaam vaanee uchcharit || 2 ||
He (Lord Rama) helps overcome great distress and suffering
When His name is uttered with sincerity.
Uchcharit Ram hoy papakshaya,
Punyacha nishchay punyabhoomi || 3 ||
When the name of Lord Ram is uttered,
It destroys sins and guarantees the fulfillment of good deeds in the holy land.
Punyabhoomi punyavantaanshi aathave,
Papiyaa naathave kaahi kelya || 4 ||
The land of virtue remembers the virtuous,
While the sinful do not escape the consequences of their actions.
Kaahi kelya tuzhe man paalatena,
Daas mhane jan saavadhan || 5 ||
